ID and password to you. We will forward this information to you electronically.
You can request a virtual training session on the system for yourself or a group
of associates. Additional detailed hands-on-training can also be scheduled
for those that need special assistance. Our training staff will teach
you everything you need to know about using TBDirect. Training is FREE
and unlimited.

- FREE Credit Reports – Tri-merge credit reports pulled through TBDirect
are FREE when the loan is closed with Taylor, Bean & Whitaker.
- FastFAX -- Our loan imaging system combines the power of the Internet
and your fax machine. Sending the loan file and conditions through your
fax machine eliminates courier fees. Underwriters work from the imaged
copy created from your fax, thus expediting underwriting and clearing of the
conditions.
- Underwriting Assistance – You can request assistance from
an underwriter via the website.
- Helpful Support Staff -- Our helpful support staff will troubleshoot
any issue that you may experience. Assistance can be requested directly
from the website.
- As TBDirect evolves, new technologies will be integrated into the site.
