Additional software or program downloads are NOT needed to access FastFAX.  TBDirect provides everything you need.  The system is simple and easy to use.  Bar-coded cover sheets are the key to FastFAX, and are easily created through TBDirect.  Credit packages, conditions, the appraisal and other necessary documentation are faxed to our toll-free fax number using loan specific cover sheets.  Our system will create an imaged file of your fax and transmit the file electronically to our underwriting staff.  Our underwriters will validate the file and clear the conditions using the imaged file.  This new electronic “paperless” system expedites the loan process.
